# Introduction

> Documentation for Solved — private problem resolution for operators who need results without exposure.

Solved is a private problem resolution service for founders, studios, funds, and executive teams. When a situation is too sensitive for your usual vendors, too urgent for a hiring cycle, and too specific for a generalist firm, you bring it here.

We are not a marketplace or a forum. We take on hard situations, assign them to operators who have done the work before, and stay on it until the file is closed.

## How engagements work

Every job follows the same structure: **intake**, **assignment**, and **resolution**. You describe the situation, we match the right operator, and we stay on it until it is handled. No public forum. No bidding war.

  Five phases from first call to closed file — intake, assessment, deployment, resolution, and close.

## Platform services

Beyond engagements, Solved runs a small set of client-facing products:

* **[Account](https://account.solved.gg)** — billing, subscriptions, and passkey sign-in
* **[Solved VPN](/vpn)** — secure network access (coming soon)
* **[Trust & safety](/trust)** — how we vet operators, verify clients, and handle sensitive work

<Note>
  Solved takes a limited number of engagements at a time. If your situation requires discretion and speed, start with [Request access](/quickstart).
