Account and billing
When you create an account or manage billing, we process:- Account identifiers and session records
- Email address and display name, when provided
- Billing history, subscription status, and payment metadata from our payment processor
- Support communications related to your account
Authentication
When you sign in with a passkey or authorize an application through OAuth, we process:- Passkey credentials and device attestation metadata required for authentication
- Session tokens and consent records for authorized applications
- Technical logs needed to detect abuse and maintain service availability
VPN
When you use Solved VPN, we process:- Account and subscription status required to provision access
- Connection metadata needed to operate the service, such as timestamps and aggregate bandwidth usage
- Diagnostic logs retained only as long as needed to troubleshoot outages or abuse
