This policy describes how Solved processes data when you use our platform services. It supplements our Privacy policy and applies to account.solved.gg, auth.solved.gg, vpn.solved.gg, and related systems. Last updated: July 6, 2026

Scope

This policy covers data processed to operate Solved platform services. Engagement-specific data handling is described in the Privacy policy and your engagement agreement.

Data we process

Account and billing

When you create an account or manage billing, we process:
  • Account identifiers and session records
  • Email address and display name, when provided
  • Billing history, subscription status, and payment metadata from our payment processor
  • Support communications related to your account

Authentication

When you sign in with a passkey or authorize an application through OAuth, we process:
  • Passkey credentials and device attestation metadata required for authentication
  • Session tokens and consent records for authorized applications
  • Technical logs needed to detect abuse and maintain service availability
We do not store passwords. Passkey private keys remain on your device.

VPN

When you use Solved VPN, we process:
  • Account and subscription status required to provision access
  • Connection metadata needed to operate the service, such as timestamps and aggregate bandwidth usage
  • Diagnostic logs retained only as long as needed to troubleshoot outages or abuse
We do not log the content of your VPN traffic. We do not sell connection data. We process this data to:
  • Provide and secure platform services you request
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations

Processors and sharing

We use infrastructure and payment providers that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We share data with third parties only when required to deliver a service, respond to lawful requests, or protect the security of our systems and users.

Retention

We retain platform data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. When you close an account, we delete or anonymize data that is not subject to a retention obligation.

Security

Platform data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls, and need-to-know permissions. We monitor for unauthorized access and respond to incidents according to our security procedures.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about your account, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Contact privacy@solved.gg.

Changes

We may update this policy as our platform services evolve. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
