Agreement

These terms govern your use of solved.gg and any engagement with Solved, Inc. By contacting us, submitting an inquiry, or entering a paid engagement, you agree to these terms. Enterprise and retainer clients may operate under a separate written agreement. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

The service

Solved provides private problem resolution services. We assess situations, assign qualified operators, and work toward outcomes defined at the start of each engagement. We are a service provider, not a law firm, unless a licensed attorney is explicitly engaged under a separate legal representation agreement. We do not guarantee a specific outcome. We commit to professional execution of the agreed scope.

Engagements

Each engagement begins with intake and assessment. Work does not begin until scope, timeline, and fees are agreed in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate information. Incomplete or misleading information may delay or prevent resolution. You agree to respond to requests for decisions or approvals within the timelines we set. Delays on your side may affect delivery dates and fees.

Fees and payment

Fees are set per engagement or under a retainer agreement. Payment terms are specified before work begins. Late payment may pause active work. Expenses incurred on your behalf, such as filing fees, travel, or third-party services, are billed separately when applicable.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential. We do not disclose your identity, situation, or materials except as needed to perform the engagement or as required by law. You agree not to disclose operator identities, internal methods, or non-public pricing without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, or any request designed to harm another person without legitimate cause. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement that violates this standard.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solved is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, you pay for work completed to date and approved expenses incurred. We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
