The account dashboard at account.solved.gg is where enterprise and platform clients manage billing, subscriptions, and account access.

Solved uses passkey authentication — no passwords stored on our side. Sign in or create an account through the auth gateway at auth.solved.gg.

Sign in with a passkey

Use your device passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware key). If you are new, select Create account to register a passkey.

Manage your account

From the dashboard you can view service status, update your profile, and manage billing.

Passkey management

You can add and remove passkeys from the account settings. We recommend registering at least two passkeys across different devices so you are not locked out if one device is unavailable.
Passkeys are tied to your device and account. If you lose access to all registered passkeys, contact access@solved.gg for account recovery.

Billing

Enterprise clients with standing agreements see active subscriptions and billing history in the Billing section. Per-incident clients receive invoices through the same dashboard when applicable.
