Every engagement follows the same five phases. You always know where things stand, who is on it, and what happens next.

The five phases

1

Intake

You reach out with a brief on what is happening and what outcome you need. We respond within hours, not days.We ask for context, constraints, and timeline. We do not need a polished brief. We need the facts.
2

Assessment

We determine scope, risk, and the right operator for the job. You receive a clear plan before work begins. If we cannot help, we say so immediately. If we can, you get a named lead, a timeline, and a fee structure with no hidden layers.
3

Deployment

The assigned team goes to work. We handle coordination, updates, and any escalation that comes up.You have a single point of contact. We pull in specialists as needed. You are not managing a crowd.
4

Resolution

The situation is handled. Deliverables are handed over. Loose ends are tied. That can mean a signed agreement, a shipped product, a contained story, or a closed investigation. You define done. We hit it.
5

Close

Engagement ends. Materials are returned or destroyed per your instruction. The file stays closed. We do not retain client details beyond what compliance requires. We do not follow up unless you ask us to.

Standards on every job

StandardWhat to expect
Response timeInitial response within 4 hours for active engagements. Same day for new inquiries.
CommunicationScheduled updates or on-demand briefings. No status theater.
ConfidentialityNDA on request. Need-to-know inside the team. No external references without written approval.

When we decline

We pass on engagements where the client wants publicity, where the ask is illegal, or where we cannot deliver a real outcome. Turning down work protects everyone.
If you are unsure whether your situation fits, submit an inquiry anyway. We will tell you quickly if we are not the right team.
